As an EU consumer, you are still entitled to the statutory consumer protection rights under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
Important Notice for Sealed Products: The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
COST ASSUMPTION - CLEARLY DEFINED
Who bears which costs:
- Return shipping: The costs for return shipping are borne by the buyer
- Original shipping costs: Are not refunded (except for defective goods)
- Refund of purchase price: Takes place free of charge via the same payment method
- Processing fees: No additional fees for proper return
DETAILED RETURN PROCESS WITH CLEAR DEADLINES
STEP 1: WITHDRAWAL DECLARATION (Deadline: Within 14 days of receipt)
- Send a clear written withdrawal declaration to: [email protected]

- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of receipt within 24 hours
STEP 2: RECEIVE RETURN ADDRESS (Deadline: 24-48 hours)
- After your withdrawal declaration, you will receive the correct return address
- Important: Do NOT send back without prior contact
STEP 3: PRODUCT RETURN (Deadline: 14 days after withdrawal declaration)
Return conditions:
- Goods must be returned in original packaging with all accessories
- Order number must be indicated on the package slip
- For partial returns, all free items/gifts must also be returned
- Insured shipping recommended (risk lies with the buyer)
STEP 4: REFUND (Clear ETA)
Refund deadlines:
- After goods receipt with us: Review within 3-5 working days
- Refund takes place: At the latest 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal declaration
- Payment method: Identical to original transaction
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation of the refund
Important: We can refuse the refund until we have received and checked the goods.
